Estate Planning

Thoughtful planning, secure future.

Estate planning doesn’t need to feel negative.  Think of it as if you are creating a roadmap, a plan for the future. It is a collection of steps that provide the best possible means of protection over your decisions when you have aged or are unable to make your own decisions.

A basic Estate Plan will include three (3) basic documents:

  • Will;

  • Financial Power of Attorney; and

  • Advanced Health Directive.

Different people have different goals with their estate plan, so there is no "one-size-fits-all" estate plan.  A family that includes kids under the age of 18 will likely have different goals than someone looking at retirement or the possibility of needing long-term care.
